Choosing the right car for a Las Vegas bachelor or bachelorette party
Every weekend our handover specialists meet groups celebrating a wedding. Some want a single show car for arrival photos, some want a fleet that can move twelve people between a pool party and a steakhouse. After hundreds of these weekends, a few patterns have become very clear.
Start with the headcount, not the car
The most common mistake is booking a two-seat supercar for a group of eight and then scrambling for rideshares. Decide first what the car is for: arrival photos and a signature moment, or actually moving the group around.
- Two to four people: a Porsche 911, Ferrari Roma or Mustang GT Convertible gives everyone a turn in the passenger seat.
- Five people: the Mercedes-AMG G 63 is the undisputed favorite, with real room in the back and a presence that fills a valet stand.
- Six to seven people: the Cadillac Escalade keeps the group together with luggage room for the airport run.
- Eight or more: pair an Escalade with a show car, or add our chauffeur service so nobody has to skip the celebration.
Decide who drives, and make it official
Only drivers listed on the rental agreement may drive, and every listed driver must be present at handover with their license. For exotics that means drivers aged 25 or older. Choose a designated driver for the night before you book and add them as an additional driver. It costs $35 per day and avoids an awkward conversation at 1 am.
If nobody wants to be on duty, the chauffeur add-on puts a licensed Roadstar driver behind the wheel of the G 63 or Escalade in four-hour blocks. You still get the arrival moment, without anyone watching their drinks.
Club and pool party logistics
Most Strip nightclubs and day clubs have a VIP drop-off lane separate from the main valet. Tell us where you are going and we will send you the entrance details for that venue. A few tips we share with every group:
- Book the car to arrive 30 minutes before you plan to leave the hotel. Groups always take longer than expected.
- Leave the car with your resort valet overnight rather than at a club, where cars often wait in open lots.
- Keep glass bottles out of the car. Spilled drinks on Alcantara are the most common cleaning charge we see.
- Assign one person to hold the key fob all night.
The best bachelor parties we see book one showpiece and one people mover. Photos at sunset, then everyone rides together to dinner.
Photos without the stress
Our photo session add-on includes 30 minutes with a local photographer at a location of your choice. The Welcome to Las Vegas sign, the Neon Museum courtyard and the Red Rock overlook are the most requested. The photographer handles positioning and lighting, and you receive edited images within five days.
The rules that matter most
Our agreement is written to protect everyone in the car, and three rules matter above all on celebration weekends: no one outside the agreement drives, no open containers in the vehicle, and no smoking or vaping of any kind. Follow those three and your weekend will be memorable for the right reasons.
