Driver verification data

To approve a rental we collect driver's license details, date of birth and, for exotics, a motor vehicle record check through a licensed provider. License images are stored encrypted and deleted 24 months after your last rental unless a claim or legal hold requires longer retention.

Vehicle telematics

Our vehicles are fitted with GPS and telematics devices used to locate stolen or overdue vehicles, verify mileage and assist roadside recovery. We do not use location data for marketing and access it only for these safety and contractual purposes.
