Quotes, estimates and bookings

Prices, estimates and availability shown online are indicative until confirmed in writing by our team. Final pricing depends on an assessment of your specific needs. Bookings are confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us.

Cancellations

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any applicable cancellation terms will be explained when your booking is confirmed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Rental agreements

Information on this website, including sample prices, deposits and vehicle specifications, is for illustration only. Each rental is governed by the written rental agreement signed at handover, which takes precedence over anything on this site.

• Only drivers listed on the agreement may operate the vehicle.
• Track use, racing, towing, off-highway driving and travel into Mexico are prohibited.
• Smoking and vaping are prohibited in all vehicles.

Security deposits and damage

A refundable authorization hold is placed on the renter's credit card at handover. Charges for damage, excess mileage, fuel, citations or cleaning are itemized with photos before they are applied, and your responsibility for covered damage is limited by the protection package you select.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of NV.
